David’s Dumplings and Noodle Bar: Where Dumpling Dreams Come Tru
Are you ready to experience the delightful dance of flavors in the form of dumplings and noodles? Look no further than David’s Dumplings and Noodle Bar. Founded by Chef David Mao, the menu at David’s Dumplings and Noodle Bar features Pan-Asian dishes with touches of Chinese, Vietnamese, and Malaysian cuisines prepared with the same special flare and craftsmanship that David first showed as head chef of The Eskimo, a Chinese Restaurant in Vietnam, over 50 years ago. David’s Dumplings and Noodle Bar first opened in 2010 and have been delighting locals, visitors, and college students ever since.
Pictured are the Pad Thai dish, made with curry powder, and the Cha Chiang Mein. Both were so good! Next visit, I want to try the Malaysian Curry Noodle Soup. An Instagram follower tells me it’s the “truth.”
