Charming Weekly Wine Down Wednesday Event in Chapel Hill

I found the perfect Wednesday night activity for you in Chapel Hill!  From now through  October 23, 2024 La Vita Dolce in Southern Village in Chapel Hill is hosting Wine Down Wednesdays from 5 pm to 8 pm with live music that starts at 6p on the patio (weather permitting). They don’t take reservations and fill up with their patio tables, but if you can’t arrive by 5:30, I’ve seen people bring their chairs.

The patio is both kid-friendly and dog-friendly, so bring your whole crew! You can get small plates, gelato, sorbet, wine by the glass, and bottles from La Vita Dolce. The bottles are half off during Wine Down Wednesdays.  And new this year, you can also order select items from a nearby restaurant, Market and Moss, for delivery. That lamb flatbread my friend and I ordered was SO good along with the beet salad. 

I went last Wednesday, and the lovely weather, delicious food, chilled bottle of rosé, live music, and good company with puppy and people-watching had me downright euphoric.
