Hopdoddy Opens Round Rock Location!

My favorite burger has been my favorite burger for years now. I had been to Hopdoddy when it first opened a few years ago and sampled 8 of their burgers. By the time I got to my personal 8th, I was so infatuated with it, I never ordered anything else at subsequent visits. The Prime Time burger just has so many of my favorite things. Brie, caramelized onions, truffle oil, arugula. All of that with an American Kobe patty cooked medium-rare. When I’m feeling extra naughty, I add a fried egg. And since I don’t go to Hopdoddy often, when I do I also get an order of fries and my favorite milkshake, the Nutella with chocolate-covered pretzel milkshake. My idea of making the meal healthy is to split the shake and the fries!

Which is exactly what I did yesterday when I went to a media tasting at their new Round Rock, Texas location. It was their first day open and I was told their line was out the door all day as it was when I got there for a late lunch. This doesn’t surprise me at all. Everyone in line seemed happy too. I’m betting it’s not their first Hopdoddy burger they’re waiting in line for. How else would you explain their excited smiles?
