What are those dishes?

Spicy green beans and tofu, Spicy Seafood (with veggies), and Bo Luc Lac (shaken beef).

Tasty. I love Viet food but of course, I’m biased.

YUM. Although, I don’t get why shaken beef is shaken.

So they shake the pan when they make the dish. Haha. It’s a very traditional dish.

Yeah, I guessed that the shook the beef, but WHY do they shake the beef?

In the pan! Maybe shaking vs. stir!

Beef. Shaken. Not Stirred.

Cilantro!  I would love the spicy green beans and tofu.

Cilantro – one thing Vietnamese and Mexican cuisine have in common. And lime. :)

Fortunately I just had supper ! Looks so yummy !

Oh gosh Asian food.  Not my strong suit.  I so wish I could stomach all those dishes but its just too many things mixed together.  Ahhh what is wrong with me?
